This BEAUTIFUL card was created by my friend and fellow demonstrator Bev Joplin. She's ONE TALENTED LADY, and a wonderful person! I love how she wrapped the red taffeta ribbon (#119251) around the die cut image. The scallop die is from the Perfect Pennant die (#123126) and the little snowflake resting on top is from the awesome Northern Frost Decorative Strip die (#120901) and finally the beautiful embossed background is from the Northern Flurry embossing folder (#120902).
