Isn't this the cutest thing! This is another one of the projects I did at Leann Smith's stamp camp. I took the Square Scallop die for each square. If you don't have the scallop die, you could always use the scallop punch. The snowflakes are from the snowflake punch. Isn't that ribbon just adorable!
